Burna Boy announces new album release
Burna Boy, Nigerian Afro-fusion superstar, has announced the release of his highly anticipated eighth studio album titled 'No Sign of Weakness,' on July 11.

The new album follows the Grammy Award-winning singer's 2023 project, I Told Them, which included a remake of Brandy's 1998 hit, Sitting on Top of the World, featuring 21 Savage. The new album includes collaborations like TaTaTa with Travis Scott and other songs like Bundle By Bundle, Sweet Love, and Update—all already released as teasers for what's to come.

The singer shared that the new album title is a reflection of his personal resilience and strength in the face of adversity. He explained that the title is a motto, a reminder to remain steadfast and unwavering through life's challenges, and he translates this into the music. The album serves as a message of perseverance and triumph over personal struggles. "I've had every reason to give up, but I've never shown weakness." The album's official graphic displays Claymation-style imagery featuring multiple versions of him holding cards labeled with words like love, endurance, and prayer—hinting at the themes woven throughout the project.
The album will drop after a 17-date tour in November, with Burna making history as the first Nigerian artist to headline Colorado's iconic Red Rocks Amphitheater. He's no stranger to milestones, having previously sold out Madison Square Garden and landed at No. 31 on the Billboard 200.
